Affiliated Club
The Henlow Blue Sharks Swimming Club is a "Teaching club" and we provide 'Learn-to-swim' lessons for children of all ages.
The Club follows the 'National Plan for Teaching Swimming' - where structured lessons guide students through the Skill and Stroke developments necessary to advance from a complete 'Non-Swimmer' - (ASA Leel 1) through to 'Pre-Competition' - ASA Level 10)
Dependant Children of personnel working, serving or living at Henlow & Chicksands and invited civilians from the local community from the age of 4, can join the club.
At present the club has approximately 90 members.
All club sessions take place at the Station Pool and are run by Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) qualified Teachers.
ASA training courses can be provided; the qualification gained being recognised worldwide.

2 x 30 minute sessions
Monday 1800 to 1830
Monday 1830 to 1900
Seniors
2 x 1 hour sessions
Friday 1730 to 1830
Monday 1830 to 1930
